Little gems are at times found in the crowded bush, if you have found one, consider your self lucky. I was lucky over the weekend when we went to this small little outlet in Sec 31, Huda Market, a new placed called CAFE 31.
The outlet operated two young men has full of energy and rawness, as I understand, its self designed so the beauty of off track design has its own charm.
Ambiance: Just the right one to grab a small continental snack, you cant afford to stay there for a long because of space crunch but utilisation of available space is good, no people to people connect in spite of space crunch.
Food & Beverages: The best part of cafe and that’s it all about, we tried Margherita Pizza and Smokey Grill Pasta along with normal Indian coffee. Loved the simplicity and freshness of Pasta, nothing was overdone, you were getting all the flavours on palate.
Customer Centricity: Good, personal disclosure, the outlet is owned by someone I know hence we got personal attention.
Value for Money: Absolutely us, our pasta costs us Rs 200 and it was just the right price for it. The outlet also has few items priced at Rs 31, great attraction point.
Infrastructure, Parking & Driveway: Cafe is in crowed Sec 31 market, you cant except smooth experience on parking, you are lucky if you get it. The outlet has enough seating capacity, has been extended to verandah as well, would be worth spending some time in open, specially in winter.
